How to Place an Order (UK)
1 - Register for Vet Pricing: Before placing your first order, you will need to register to access your
special veterinary pricing. Please complete the Veterinary Registration Form including your RVCS number:

2 - Find What You Need: Use the search bar or navigation menu to explore our effective probiotic animal
care and cleaning products.
3 - Add to Cart: Click “Add to Cart” for each product you wish to purchase.
4 - Review Your Cart: Once all items are added, click on the cart icon to review your order. Adjust if
necessary.
5 - Checkout: Follow the secure checkout process to enter your delivery and payment details.
6 - Confirmation: You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed.
Delivery Options

Order Processing Times
- Orders placed before 12 PM (GMT) are usually processed the same working day.
- Orders placed after 12 PM or on weekends/bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
